Nelson Mullins is hosting a free wills clinic in New Ellenton

First responders spend their careers preparing for the unexpected—but many don’t have a personal plan in place. That’s where the Wills for Heroes Program comes in.

On Friday, April 24, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., first responders and their spouses can receive free wills and healthcare advance directives at the New Ellenton Community Center. The program is designed to make sure firefighters, law enforcement, EMS, and dispatchers have the essential documents their families may one day need.

Appointments are required and fill quickly, so participants are encouraged to register by April 20. After scheduling, attendees will receive a questionnaire to complete before their appointment.
