Life & Past President Membership Application -

Designed for any person who is a Past President or a Regular or Associate Member of the Association who has resigned or retired from the fire service after serving cumulatively for twenty years as a member in good standing. Life & Past President members are allowed to participate in the insurance and benefits program. The annual fee for member benefits is $41. Once your application for membership is approved, you will be emailed an invoice for membership fees.
