Calling all volunteer and career South Carolina firefighters, we need your help.

The Recruitment & Retention Committee is dedicated to improving conditions for firefighters in our state.

This starts with doing the proper research and finding out where those improvements need to be made.

We urge you to take part in a survey that will help the Recruitment & Retention Committee better understand firefighters' motivations, why they consider leaving, and what improvements can be made for both volunteer and career firefighters.
