At the recent 2026 Fire-Rescue Conference, we were honored to give out six $1,000 scholarship awards to outstanding individuals in the South Carolina fire service community. These scholarships were generously funded by the Sam Carbis Group, Mutt Bozard, Taylor A. Graham, Chief Carter Jones, Chief Jim Stone, and Chief Louis Behrens.
